No lies. No hype. No cap.
$NOCAP is a memecoin built so the brand and the mechanics say the same thing — fixed supply, vested dev allocation, renounced ownership, and a fully verified contract you can read yourself instead of taking our word for it.
1,000,000,000 $NOCAP total. No mint function exists anywhere in the contract — this is all there will ever be.
Seeded directly into wallets earmarked for the liquidity pool. No presale, no early-buyer allocation.
Held in a vesting contract — 3-month cliff, then a 12-month linear unlock. Can't be sold early, enforced by the contract itself.
Listings, giveaways, and community incentives. Wallet address is public.
Enforced on-chain by the vesting contract — not a promise, a rule the code follows.
Deployed on BlockDAG (chain 1404). Source code verified exact-match — read it yourself, don't take our word for it.
This runs on Handshake — the same peer-to-peer escrow contract as otcescrow.pages.dev, just with $NOCAP pre-filled. There's no automatic pricing curve: you post an offer at the price you choose, or fill someone else's. The chart below only ever shows real fills — it stays empty until real trades happen.
Custody note: when you buy, sell, or post an offer, the asset changing hands is locked into Handshake's contract itself until it's filled or cancelled for a full refund. Neither this page nor its operators can access, move, or freeze assets inside an open offer — only the contract's own code releases them. It is still custody, held by code, for as long as an offer sits open. The contract has not had a third-party security audit — see our audit note above. Not offered to persons in the United States or United Kingdom.
Every item below is verifiable by anyone on the block explorer.
Fixed supply — no mint function reachable by any wallet
No blacklist or whitelist function that could freeze wallets
No hidden max-transaction or max-wallet controls
Ownership renounced after initial distribution
Contract source verified — exact match on the block explorer
LP tokens locked until March 25, 2027 — lock contract public and verifiable above
No — and we're not going to blur that line. Here's exactly what has and hasn't happened.
Both contracts are source-verified on the block explorer — that confirms the deployed bytecode matches the published Solidity exactly. It's a transparency check: it proves the code shown is the code running, so you can read it yourself instead of trusting a description of it.
What it is not: a professional third-party security audit. We ran the contracts through Auditrace, an automated static-analysis tool — it flags known patterns, but it can't compile, execute, or guarantee full coverage. No Critical or High findings came back; the remaining Medium ones are noted and explained in the code comments themselves.
$NOCAP is experimental software on an early-stage chain (BlockDAG, chain 1404). Treat any amount you put in as money you could lose entirely — only ever risk what you're fully comfortable losing.
"We're not going to pretend this will make you a millionaire. No cap."
